Press Start to begin the countdown. When the countdown finishes, the round starts automatically. At the end of each round the timer moves into rest, then starts the next round.
Pause stops the timer where it is. Resume continues from the same point. Reset returns everything to idle. If you set a round limit, the timer shows the current round and stops after the final round.
The short countdown cue plays near the end of countdown and rest periods. The normal bell plays when rounds begin or finish, and the longer final bell plays at the end of the last round when a round limit is set.
Countdown Time controls the lead-in before the first round. Round Time controls each work round. Rest Time controls the break between rounds. Rounds controls how many rounds you want before the timer finishes.
Save Timer Settings stores just the timer durations. The Save button at the bottom stores all timer, display, colour, and background photo settings.
Auto lets the timer choose a layout for the screen. Portrait and Landscape force a layout. Fullscreen helps when the timer is mirrored to a TV or shown across the room.
You can change the timer colours and add a background photo. The overlay controls help keep the numbers readable over busy images.
The bell icon opens gym notices and app update messages. Android app notifications can also appear in the system notification tray.
Enable push notifications in Settings to get gym notices even when the timer is closed. On iPhone and iPad, first add the timer to your Home Screen (Share → Add to Home Screen), then open it from there and enable notifications in Settings.
